Will it tarnish over time?

It shouldn't. Our vermeil is a thick layer of 18k gold (or rhodium) over S925 sterling silver, with a protective coating on top. It's made for daily wear. We back every piece with a 2-year warranty.

There's a built-in slider that lets you adjust the necklace easily from choker length all the way to 50cm β€” so it works with any neckline, and you don't have to choose a fixed length.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes β€” all our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. The chain and setting are S925 sterling silver with an 18k gold layer, which is safe for most sensitive skin types including those with metal allergies. If you have a severe sensitivity, we'd recommend the rhodium finish β€” rhodium is one of the most un-reactive metals, making it the gentlest option for skin.
