Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and responsible team player to join us as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key figure in our store, you'll engage with customers face-to-face, embodying our brand values and guiding them through their journey with Mondays Made. You should be someone who understands and connects with our brand vision, and is passionate about helping us grow to our fullest potential.

This position is based at our retail store located in VivoCity, Singapore. 

Estimated salary range: S$2,400 - S$2,600 / month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and general inquiries.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
• Professionally resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Promote products and cross-sell to achieve sales targets.
• Manage online order collections and after-sales services.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Passionate about jewelry and fashion
• Flexible to work 5 days a week (including weekends, public holidays), and a variable schedule.
• Fluent in English.
• Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and Malaysians only.
