Return by Mail

1. Pack item(s) securely in a polymailer in its original shipping box. Please ensure that the item(s) are properly protected by placing them in the original jewelry pouch and box. Indicate your name and order ID in the parcel for easy identification. 

2. You will receive the return address after submitting your return request via the link above. Write it clearly on the package.

3. Send the package back to us using any trackable shipping method within 3 days of submitting your return request. You will be responsible for the postage charges for returning the item(s). 

Return In-Store

You can return the item(s) at our Centrepoint Boutique during our operating hours. Our retail associates will be able to facilitate the return process with your Order ID and raise the refund on the spot. ​
