Return Policy for Online Purchases
We accept returns for most of our jewelry, except:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items marked as "Sample Sale"
- Any personalised engraved items
- Gift cards
- Items must be in new, unworn condition without any signs of wear or damage.
- Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging (including box, pouch and tags).
- All items must be returned as a complete set. We do not accept returns for individual items within a set.

Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Store credit are valid for one year from the date of issuance. Store credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Exchange Policy for Retail Store Purchases
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or order number.
- Only items that are brand new, in their original condition, and with complete packaging will be eligible for exchange.
- You may exchange your item as follows:
- Exchanging for a lower value item: No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the difference.
- Exchanging for a higher value item: A top-up will be required for the price difference.
- Full-priced items purchased with offers or promotions can be exchanged, but discounts are non-transferable.
- Promotional purchases are exchangeable unless otherwise specified in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
- Items sold with promotional codes where the terms state that exchanges, refunds, or returns are not allowed are ineligible for exchange, refund, or return.
- Items received through giveaways or contests are subject to the respective terms and conditions and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for in-store purchases.
Initiate A Return
To initiate a return process, please follow the steps below:
Singapore returns - Singapore Return Process
International returns - Email us at contact@mondaysmade.com with your order ID and let us know the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days from delivery date. We will get back within 2 to 3 business days on next steps.
Kindly note that returns shipped back without going through the steps above will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage to our warehouse nearest to you.
A return fee of US$10 (returns from Asia, excluding Singapore and Malaysia) and US$20 (returns from US and rest of the world) will be charged to cover international shipping from our local warehouses to our headquarters. This return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

All returns must be sent using trackable shipping methods. Please ensure that item(s) being returned are in their original, undamaged packaging (including box, pouch and tags), and securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Your return will be processed within 2 weeks from when we receive the returned items. An email update will be sent once your return and refund has been processed. It may take 1 to 2 weeks for refunds to be posted to your original mode of payment.

Warranty Policy
We are confident in the quality of our products and provide a two-year warranty from date of purchase. We will repair or replace your jewelry piece if you notice any defects in our materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period including loose stones and pearls*.
Slight irregularities and variations in handcrafted craftsmanship or natural characteristics of stones (including internal inclusions) contribute to the unique qualities of each item. Natural gemstones may exhibit slight variations in color and size, which are not considered defects but rather a testament to their authenticity and individuality.
Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items and scratches, nicks or other damage resulting from regular wear and tear. This includes:
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, seawater, swimming pools or bathing
- Chipped or bent rings
- Broken chains, bracelet links or clasps
- Broken earrings posts
- Bent or worn-out prongs that led to stone(s) falling out
- Modifications made to the jewelry
- Improper use or storage

*Jewelry pieces have to be shipped back with loose stones/pearls for repairs. Warranty claims for missing stones will not be accepted.

We charge a US$20 fee to cover return shipping and handling for international customers. The return shipping and handling cost for repairs initiated in Singapore is free.
