Singapore Return Process

  How to return?

1. Submit your return request here:  Singapore Returns Form

2. Pack item(s) securely in a polymailer in its original shipping box. Please ensure that the item(s) are properly protected by placing them in the original jewelry pouch and box. Indicate your name and order ID in the parcel for easy identification. 

3. You will receive the return address after submitting your return request via the link above. Write it clearly on the package.

4. Send the package back to us using any trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the postage charges for returning the item(s). 

Please note that returns shipped back without prior submission via the return link will not be accepted.

Alternative return method: You can return the item(s) at our Centrepoint Boutique. Kindly drop us an email at contact@mondaysmade.com if you wish to return your item(s) in person.
