Singapore Return Process

  How to return?

1. Submit your return request here:  Singapore Returns Form

2. A return label is included with all Singapore orders. Scan the QR code on the return label and input sender and recipient details online.

3. Proceed to make delivery payment of S$2.99. 

4. Pack items securely in a polymailer. Write down the return address (address details will be provided after submission of return request via the link above) and paste the tracking label on the polymailer. 

5. Drop off the parcel at any Ninja Points within 3 days. List of Ninja Points can be found here.

Please note that returns shipped back without prior submission via the return link will not be accepted. Kindly drop us an email at contact@mondaysmade.com if you prefer to use your own trackable shipping method to return the item(s) to us. You will be responsible for the postage charges for returning the item(s).
