Yes — our vermeil bracelets are built for daily wear. Showering, washing hands, and everyday activity won't affect them. Avoid prolonged soaking in chlorinated or salt water.

If your bracelet features natural gemstones like mother of pearl, treat it with a little extra care — avoid knocking it against hard surfaces and keep it away from prolonged water exposure to preserve the stone's lustre.

How do I adjust it to my wrist size?

There's a built-in slider that glides along the chain to find your fit — anywhere from 13cm to 20cm. A magnetic catch then snaps the excess chain flat against your wrist so it doesn't dangle.

Are duties & taxes included?

For Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, USA, and Australia — yes, fully. The price you see is the price you pay, with no additional charges at checkout or delivery.

For all other countries, duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and vary by country.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes — all our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. The chain and setting are S925 sterling silver with an 18k gold layer, which is safe for most sensitive skin types including those with metal allergies. If you have a severe sensitivity, we'd recommend the rhodium finish — rhodium is one of the most un-reactive metals, making it the gentlest option for skin.
