- Upon successful payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email which sets out your order number, items ordered, shipping method and delivery address.
- All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days upon order confirmation. During peak seasons like sales, festive periods and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
- We will send an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
- We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your orders get to you quickly and safely. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your packages within 2 to 10 business days for all local and international orders.
Please note that we are not liable for any unforeseen delays caused by factors external to Mondays Made, such as longer customs clearance or carrier delays during peak periods.
